I am a professional headshot and commercial photographer who enjoys working with new and pro models and actors who take their career seriously. I also like working with art directors and advertising clients on clever and inspiring photography assignments.

Photography is an art form and subjective to personal interpretation. My style of photography is expressed on my website and Instagram account. Please take this into consideration when booking a photography session with me.

RETAINER:

The retainer is the "holding fee" for your photo session. I have declined other potential clients who want or need your session. It is, therefore, policy that no matter what your reason for canceling, the retainer for your scheduled photo session is non-refundable.

Please make sure that you "book out" with your agent and/or manager when scheduling a photo session to avoid a conflict of schedules during the same time. Also, you must contact me by phone at 817.470.6762 to cancel (e-mails are not accepted).

BALANCE DUE:

The balance of your session fee will be due on the day of your photo shoot. Payment can be made through Venmo or Zelle, unless other arrangements have been made. On the day of the shoot, it is required that the remainder of your balance is paid in full.

Checks are not accepted.

CANCELLATION | RESCHEDULING:

If you cancel within 72-hours of your photo session and your retainer has been paid - you will be permitted to reschedule and apply your retainer to a new session, but only if it is rescheduled within 30 days of the original session date.

RESHOOTS | REFUNDS:

If there is a camera, lens, or equipment malfunction, a reshoot will be scheduled. There are no refunds if you fail to attend the photography session on the day of the photo shoot.

RESCHEDULING DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER | STUDIO OPTION:

When photographing outside, using natural light, it must be weather permitting. If the weather looks questionable or if a weather alert has been issued, I will contact you (or you can contact me). When in doubt about the weather conditions, we will communicate and decide if the photo shoot should take place. There are no refunds for inclement weather - the photo session will be rescheduled.

There is also the option to photograph inside my studio to avoid delays or rescheduling issues.
